Ezinearticles like the guy above would be the best site to submit your articles too, apart from that Goarticles are ok.

 

Isnare, Go articles and searchwrap are good places to post articles.

My site also accepts articles that are tech related so if anyone wants i can put it up there as well. It gets 1000/1100 readers a day/average www.engineeringserver.com

 

I dont' know why everyone likes ezine except it is a high pr site, excellant traffic thus it should probably make in on most everyones "best" site.
Someone posted a huge list of article sites a couple of days ago that had a lot of sites on it, but no pr which is easy enough to figure out yourself.
Many like ezine and similar sites have a similar interface and submission requires from 2 to 4 business days unless they are crazy busy as they often are. Many people are submitting many articles and they get a lot of submissioins. I am trying 4 to 5 sites now. While goarticles is easy to submit to, don't seem to review it much they don't have any tracking capability like ezine and associated content which I like ot have to see how it is going with the article. traffic, reprints......Good Luck!
