If you are using WP my opinion is that you should use a plugin for do follow like No Follow Free which lets you set your comments to be do follow after -x- amount of comments. This will encourage repeat comments which increases your repeat visits. There are many plug ins for this function so be sure to check several for the features that best suit your needs.
