Why go to a school? Doubt there is even such a thing and courses will probably be outdated and of poor quality.

I suggest you buy some good books about html and css. For css Eric Meyer's books are very good both technically and for inspiration.

Another suggestion is reading web designer's blogs: this will learn you a lot from the experts for free.

there are schools out there, I went to one, and its not outdated or anything, usually its project based education but with guidence of experienced people from the business. But if you just want to learn HTML you're better of on the web. But if you want more in computer graphics, from webdesign to movies, print, 3D etc. there are definantly schools out there. Have to admit though that you probably learn the most during an internship or job.

i suggest you go to w3schools
there you can find examples of a certain programming language. you can also try it yourself cause you can edit the codes. its very interactive and comprehensive.

Try looking for graphic design programs at your local community college.

I had not known about HTML Dog either. This is the best set of HTML and CSS tutorials I have ever come across.
