What are some good email-submit CPA offers?

    Can someone recommend me some email submission offer(s) that convert good for them? $1-$1.5 per free e-mail is fine.
    if it's not only USA but international offer, that would be a plus.

    Niche is not important.

    I would try to sign up for Neverblue....they have a wide variety of email/zip submits, some of which are even incetivizable.
