What are some good ad programs?

Im looking for something like adsense to put on my site, becuase adsense isn't working on my site right now. so what are some others? What are your favorites? Preferably ones that payout by paypal.

Bidvertiser, Adtoll, Adbrite, YPN. There are many more out there, but aren't coming to my mind.
