What are some free search engine submission tools?

    I am looking for some free tools so I can submit my sites to some of the bigger search engines.

    WebCEO is my favorite (if we speak about free tools)... However, you don't need to submit to many search engines - submit manually to the 3 big (google, yahoo, live) and it's done. Better use your time to submit to some directories. (Just note I am still novice in the SEO and the thoughts above are only my opinions)
