Proxy websites allows you to access blocked websites. Thus, there will be many people who'll be interested to use proxy website to access a blocked website.

People who own proxy websites, show adsense ads. Thus, these ads are shown when a normal user is browsing using a proxy website. That's the way it's related. :)

Only onto the homepage, but not on proxified pages.

Sorry to jump in, I am dense, do you want to own a site that runs the proxy script?

Then submit that site to these proxy site lists?

That is the way I am taking this, so when people go to your proxy page they will see some adsense ad's and maybe click them, but won't all those ad's be just related to proxy sites?

Thanks if anyone can clear this up for me.

that's not entirely true :)...you could make a proxy that showed the ads on the proxified pages...

I also heard that you can't put adds on proxified page. Is that really against their tos? Though in the proxified page you are not suppling your contents as a result i think its not legal to show ads to that page.
