What are optimal numbers for SEO?

I ran my site through SEO Elite it gave me the following statistics...

    Keyword 1:
    Density - 15.7%
    Prominence - 67.4%
    Link Density - 0%
    Link Prominence - 0%
    H1 - 66.7%
    H2 - 33.3%
    Meta Keywords - 0%

    Keyword 2:
    Density - 12.4%
    Prominence - 75.3%
    Link Density - 0%
    Link Prominence - 0%
    H1 - 33.3%
    H2 - 66.7%
    Meta Keywords - 0%

Density: I realize that my keyword density is way too high and I should lower it to about 7%.

I'm not all that sure about the other statistics though... What are healthy percentages for each?

Also are there any statistics that I'm outright missing? Are there better programs available to see the statistics of my website instead of SEO elite?

Finally... And this is the big one... I can see that my site definately needs some work done to it in regards to SEO... Should I just worry about the homepage or should I comb through each of my pages and make sure they each meet the same standards??

Do people still worry about keyword density? I've not seen anyone quote that seriously for a couple of years.

Far better to make sure your keywords are included in the main tags, page title, description, title tags, alt tags etc. Write your page text naturally and you won't go too far wrong.

There really is no magic % that will improve your rankings.

Optimise each and every page separately, search engines see pages not sites - bear this in mind when SEO'ing your site.

KW is not as important as it was before for Google. Just build a page talking about the topic that you want to rank for.

Keyword Density isn't something I would worry about. Simply include your primary keywords in the Title, Meta Tags, Heading and Paragraphs. Simply write a relevant page for human users, not search engines.

The most weight to improve your rankings is through incoming links.
