What are main differences between Google and Yahoo?

    I find google search is better compare to yahoo.

    Its my opinion that for search Google is better. For email Yahoo is good one. Online games are good at Yahoo.

    Google and Yahoo is both are search engines. but it is totally different work for API, Search engine algorithm & much more.

    I like google as it is very simple and effective..
    Yahoo doesn't load as quicker as google.

    I am not sure which one out of the two does the search more competently, but it is a well known fact that google is used by far larger people and hence it is able to send more traffic to a website.

    they have a different concept, since Google is much more based on "popularuty" (measured on incoming links) and Yahoo is more focused on content.

    However, the difference on sending traffic is MUCH and Google is the one that you need to get traffic.

    Google has less ads and its not annoying with stuff that bothers and you are not interested in.

    Google has more local sites, and you can search stuff only in a certain language, if you don't want to find pages in other languages.

    Google works faster.

    Other then search engine rankings ...nothing as yahoo copys everything that google does...(atleast thats what ive seen... if your site is banned in google then yahoo follows there lead)
