The Elf costume one was earning me pretty decent just before Halloween, but you're right, competition was fierce and I wasn't getting many pageviews with it From what I've seen of some of the posts in threads like this, we're better off with the second keyword you list because it looks like a LOT of people are using it. Too bad the compression is only uni-directional, though.
I have some sites catered to these high keywords... The RPC is nowhere near these stated averages, it's always lower - much lower and I'm in the US - for whatever that may be worth.
well, u cannot get those listed price anyway, that's for google clients have to pay google publisher will get lower than 50% of course... think about the investment that google made.. if you get 35-40%, then you are making a good revenue from google.
If you are looking into high paying keywords you better have about 10,000 articles, forum posts, blog post or Q&A's about that niche. Also have good S.E.O applied to that site and good social book marking skill applied as well. If you don't you will get high paying clicks every once in a while and very low traffic
ok, even after 50% cut, they will not send u the highest paying keyword unless your site has good reputation with perhaps 50k UV. the high paying keywords will only go to the highly ad-serving sites, not regular this.blogspot.com pages. I don't even think google is paying 50% yet, because the cheapest bid is 5 cents yet, many people got paid 1 cent valid clicks, so they may pay you 20-60% range.. that's about it. keyword spamming will not help, but may probably display 5 cents - 2$ clicks because you probably have relevant content.. with that being said, you will need at least 50 or 60 relevant pages in order to get paid that amount. so, i think it's too much that we don't make much money on adsense, I don't think we are supposed to get much money unless we have excellent content too.
All those keywords are high paying in which you can write again and again . No one will visit your site if you don't know what you are writing about . Biggest niche is that in which you enjoy writing and keep writing fresh information on it .
"Mesothelioma" keyword is BS... sorry to say that but its true. It may cost alot but I had a blog for mesothelioma that ranked on the 1st page and i saw no profit from it. Maybe I did a mistake somewhere, but it's fact that I had no profit from it.
