Attick, Depends on the age of the links, domain, among other things but here are some things to consider: Google Search for pedal car #1 Pedal Car USA 901 total links from 566 unique domains (423 unique Class C's) 10 Edu/Gov links (insignificant in this case) 225 links with anchor text "pedal cars" many variations of anchor text that includes "pedal cars" #7 Pedal Car Plus 805 total links from 106 unique domains (166 unique Class C's) 0 Edu/Gov links (vs 10 links above - insignificant) 11 links with anchor text "pedal cars" a few variations of anchor text that includes "pedal cars" I have pm'ed the reports to you so you can see what they are doing, and what you are doing. You will see that many of the links that they have using anchor text "pedal cars" are on pages that have no headings and/or titles and headings that are totally off topic. So, at the least, you can duplicate what they did, and best it with numbers. I would suggest that you write some articles and use social networking sites that allow you to create "pages" on their sites where you can control the headings and titles of the pages as well as the body and anchor text. Also, internal optimization wise, they are using "pedal cars" in H1 and you are not.
