    In Laymon words in case of adsence Google provide money for us to promote their ad and in case of Google adword we pay to Google to promote our product or services.

    Well, you mention being new to SEO but they have nothing to do with SEO. The best thing you can do is go to their site and read. not waste time asking in a forum. I also am having trouble believing you don't know what they are. I think you are just trying to have something to discuss here.
