What are good techniques to market FORUM sites?

    Hey guys,,,

    What are some good techniques to market FORUM sites?

    I have a niche specific forum site related to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act....Canada.

    I need more people to sign up and post and increase overall traffic. I get about 3000 unique visits avg per month from mainly google and some from yahoo and msn.

    How can I increase my traffic...any thoughts..and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have any other sites? Try to make it a resource webmasters will link to. Seek out .edu links. Try to find some cheap clicks on ppc and content networks such as AdSense.

    Consider removing ads for a year or so until you build up the community, linkbacks, organic traffic.
