Hi, I run www.playedonline.com - a free game site that receives about 400K uniques per month. We recently added a download section powered by Big Fish Games and we're seeing some success with it. We're looking to add some more content and affiliate programs and I'd love some recommendations. I was thinking maybe emoticons or music downloads would work well. I checked out Zango but I really don't like their revenue model. They hardly pay anything for non-US visitors and we're more into revenue sharing/recurring revenue than CPA.
Have you looked into cpm banner ads, I have a few good ones listed on my arcade and site in my sig. That's just another option of monetizing, CPA affiliate networks is another as some of them will have some sort of emoticons offers, screensaver offers, freebie offers, gaming offers, etc.
