So, what is the best affiliate program should look and act? What should be the characters that make marketers identify a program as the best one in its niche and in an affiliate network? I have recently signed up for a free affiliate program that waives off initial registration fees and allow me to embark my affiliate career with zero risks. Before I signed up for the program I screened standard and current market demand for the products to be sold by the program. This is a 'must be' checking parameters as the products are not marketable until it is in demand. Next important parameter is commission or 'my share of the the pie'. The program is adhered to the pay per performance commission model since I have prior skills in marketing such products. However, beginners or novice marketers should opt for action based commission model wherein they can be paid for referring visitors even when they are not purchasing anything from the site.
