What are "do follow" links?

    I own few blogs and to keep it live I repeatedly do the required things so that it can be crawled easily by the search engines.

    Few days ago I came to know that Google has started avoiding 'No Follow' links according to its new Policy. It only captures ' Do Follow ' links. But, I don't have much idea about these type of links.

    I would be very much thankful if anyone Could just explain me everything about this ' Do Follow ' link.

    simple do follow is for pr ranking .no follow mainly traffic . get do follow and theme related if possiable
