what are different between Local SEO and hyperlocal SEO and Geo-Targeting SEO‏

    Hi,
    im newbie on SEO. I have some confuse about local SEO word.
    What are different between Local SEO and hyperlocal SEO and Geo-Targeting SEO‏ ?

    as I know Local SEO mean when user search the target keyword will show google map information. but for hyperlocal SEO and Geo-Targeting SEO‏ what is it mean ? I saw some SEO service company provide this service.

    I think its mostly just semantics.

    hyperlocal sounds like its just more localized than plain old local.

    There's not much difference between Local SEO and Hyperlocal SEO. Local could be a large city(30 mile radius) and Hyperlocal could be a suburb(5 mile radius) in that city. I wouldn't even pay attention to the term "hyperlocal".

    Geo-Targeting SEO‏ is just that. Targeting only the USA would be Geo targeting. You have the broad to the local GEO targeting.
    Broad- USA
    Regional- Southeast USA, Northwest USA
    State- California, New York
    City
    County
    local
    etc.
