What are CTR, eCPM?

    Pls tell me want is CTR and eCPM in Google Adsense.?
    How does it work?
    How Google calculate this for earnings?

    CTR = Click through rate. This is the percentage of the people visiting your site that click one of your ads.
    eCPM = How much Adsense estimate you'll earn every 1000 page impressions you get. They work this out based on what's already happened on the site, so, if you've got 100 PIs and have earned $1, your eCPM will be $10.

    CTR is the ratio of clicks to visitors
    eCPM is the earnings for 1000 visitors.
