What are best Directories Top lists?

I am creating resouces page for directory owners and I would like to know what are best top lists for directories. Please do not suggest your sites, I want ones that send most traffic, have good pr etc.

I added 2 by the way, but you can suggest any site you think it is helpfull for directory owners and beginners.

Please add the 707directory, a categorized directory list with free, paid and reciprocal directories

 

Strongest Links, at http://www.strongestlinks.com/directories.php and http://www.strongestlinks.com/specific_directories.php?sortcolumn=PRa for the niche directories, is a good toplist for the number of different ways you can sort the directories involved.
