    The basic steps to learn PPC is to register with PPC sites and go clicking daily. The more time you spent with PPC sites the more you know by yourself.

    That's a very broad/vague question..

    You have a website that you want to send traffic to.. you join a ppc network (google adwords, bing, 7search, etc). You register on the ppc network and determine keywords you want to target that are related to your website, you develop ads related to your keywords and your site, then you start a campaign with all this info
