What are bans?

    I've read a few posts that refer to bans sites (?). Can anyone please explain what 'bans' are for me?

    i first heard about BANS in here, about a week ago and have to say that they sound great. have just read a post though which suggests that after a few weeks they get sandboxed by google so I'm not sure whether to go ahead and buy it.

    Nothing inherently wrong with BANS. BANS is just a tool. Like Dreamweaver or Expression Web are tools. How you use it is up to you.
