What are 'All other queries' in Search Query Report?

I get a lot of useful search terms from my weekly Search Query Report but unfortunately quite a few listed are "All other queries" which are no help at all!

Does anyone know where I can find out what these "All other queries" were so I can possibly add them to my campaigns?

Many thanks and I'm pleased to have found this place!

Raw server logs, but you first must tag your ads and/or campaigns.
Or install a metrics another system. I use the LevelTen HitCounter and I am able to see the actually query string that triggered every ad. It is free.

Thanks for that Stew - just had a look at that Level Ten Hit Counter and it looks quite good. Guess the only way to know for sure is to install it and see. Cheers
