    When I had a windows system I used NOD32. Awesome anti-virus and uses little resources. That along with a free and easy to configure firewall is good.

    Just switched from McAfee to AVG (free version).

    AVG picked up 10 viruses that McAfee hadn't even noticed. Seems much more stable than McAfee too.

    I also use AVG

    Undoubtedly AVG is the best!

    when we compare it with Norton which slows down the system!
