If you write like that all the time, then I am sorry to let you know that no American company that is known will pay for your articles.

I mean I would like my article appear in some American news site, I know normally they will not do that for free, but they may change their mind if I place the payment. Right?

Judging by your posts it may be in your best interest if you hire a proofreader to go over your articles before you submit them to a newswire.

You don't generally pay to get your news listed on "news sites." You either submit a press release directly to them, and they publish it if they feel your news is worthwhile, or you pay to use a press release distribution site (which will make it available to other news-oriented sites if they want to use it).

I know of a company called FeaturedPR.com - they help people get articles on to different press release websites.

Here is a list of papers in the U.S. some of the smaller ones might take the time to read your offer.

You really should have someone edit your writing because it needs some help.
