What am I doing wrong

    Hello everybody!

    I have a music site and since my last Google Adsense payment (i've ernead 100 dollars from january 2005 to march 2007, haha) i've only earned less than 35 bucks.

    My site is www.elentrepiso.com

    And I don't know what other info you need but my statics from march 2007 to december 2007 are the following:

    Page impressions: 229.410
    Clicks: 717
    CTR: 0.31 %
    eCPM: US$0,14
    Money: US$32,42

    What am I doing wrong? I would really apreciatte any recommendation.

    Really nice site. How's the traffic? I see you've only had 230K impressions since March 07 - December 07 ... that's not good. You need to work on traffic + the CTR is really low. Start spreading backlinks + doing some SEO. Get on some forums related to your site and spread the information about the site.

    Work on traffic first, then start working on your AdSense optimization to get the CTR up.

    I'd stumble the homepage and other deep pages yourself, or higher someone to do it in the services forum. get some delicious links pointing to it and other stuff like link exchanges (they take too much time to do though).

    The site seems pretty nice however
    1) the CTR is incredibly low
    2) I feel you also lack traffic

    For now I would worry about traffic and CTR after.

    try to target the ads on your site..
    monitor your ads and list on irrelevant ads
    then filter it..

    you might want to download free directory submitter program..
    I cant remember where I put it but it works..

    with a lot of link on other site, you can expect some traffic change
    also, you might want to consider using variety of ads.

    I think that you should change the way you place Google ads, I would suggest you to place google ads directly on your home page instead of placing links to the pages where you actually place google ads, by doing in the way you do now, you just loosing your money, because the visitor has to click on the link in order to get to that page where you place the actual add- and you dont get paid for that click on your main page.
    If you have hard understanding what I am trying to say just visit one of my parked pages at mycheappaydayloan.com and you will see that google ads are on my home page
