What am I doing wrong?

What am I doing wrong? Despite all of my efforts I cannot get my site to appear anywhere at all in Google results for the two best keywords, â€œAneurysmâ€ and â€œAneurysmsâ€. Old sites that have not been updated in months, even years, short articles, and forum postings (but not mine) all appear in the results for these keywords but nowhere does my site appear. For just about any other related keyword(s) the site appears, often in a good position but I cannot get anywhere for these two words.

I have been adding back-links whenever possible and last time I checked it was over 600. I have tried to keep adding new content, have a keyword in my domain name, have meta tags but nothing I have done seems to get the site to appear anywhere in the results for these two keywords.

Does anybody have any suggestion at all? My site is http://www.aneurysmsupport.com/ Would somebody take a look and give me an opinion or suggestions?

600 is not nearly enough. Keep going. Very competitive phrases will take a lot of work. You are on the right track. Keep it up.
