What am i doing wrong with this popover script?

    I am trying to learn how to install a popover script on websites. I admit i am no programming expert. I used one of those popover creater programms to create the script and then put it insite my head tags and i cant get it to work. Any ideas why. As an example check this site

    nycautodealers.com - a popup should come up but i get nothing/

    If you mean the window with "Get Instant MLS Listings" then it's presented at your site. If you mean something else please specify what exactly.
