He used to work as a fired man. The most admirable thing in the article is he admitted as a System Engineer he worked only 20 minutes a day on his day job and the rest of the day he worked on his own stuff. He should have used his cell or BlackBerry and spent his days on smoke breaks, or better, out on the golf course and acted all busy when you did see him like a good Systems Engineer.

Shoe is obviously a guy that you should keep an eye on. He experiments in areas that I think are black hat but may actually be gray hat. He has an usual knack for arbitrage whether it's buying computer by the pound and selling by the part or loading up Google Base with personal profiles linked to a dating affiliate.
