I'm not so sure I agree. I started a new blog back in the beginning of January, within 3 days I was getting 600+ uniques from Google on a new domain.

Even now if I do a link:sitename.com search I only get 8 pages and 7 of them are from my own site.

I think the most important thing in the alogorithm is unique, relevent frequently updated content - Maybe 3 -4 times a day.

 

There are factors. There are priorities. Even the guy who developed (not Sergey) the algorithm would not know how are they prioritized.

If you want to know the factors just google for SEO check list and you will get it.

 

i think get more backlinks and content must be unique and always update...

From what I can tell, Google has a very complicated algorithm, each variable adds some weight. There is no sure way to get to a high SERP. Combinations of content, domain name, title, keywords, placement of keywords within content, backlinks from relevant domains, the quality of the domains linking to you are all factored in. I am quite sure Google is (or will be) also keeping track of other metrics such as clickthroughs as well as feeds. I know that lots of webmasters spend lots of money building backlinks. Actually, this is the last place I would go - especially since Google over time will probably find ways to devalue purchased links.
