Don't worry so much about what pays the most, but instead what will earn YOU the most. Don't be blinded by a big CPA rate. They are sometimes good, but often it just means you'll have a difficult time converting your traffic.

Yep, some markets are more difficult than others, but with some effort, everything is possible. I convert well, and daily, in one of the harder markets :)

Yes, I have been paid on time every time from clixgalore, but am unsure if they maintain advance funds. I will check that out and edit this post soon.

Axill does indeed offer some of the highest paying CPA campaigns as does MaxBounty. Even for smaller sites. Additionally, so does Commission Junction (some merchants here pay out 100%!), Shareasale.com (5%-50%) and ClickBank (most good programs pay out 40%-50%).

On a personal note, I also agree with JP Sauve that it is not so much about what pays the most, but what campaigns will earn YOU the most, depending on your sites content. For example, if your website is about fluffy kittens, chances are you won't make much money promoting 'high payout' insurance ads.

all networks have some good offers, so it depends on your niche, traffic and sites etc.
It's usefull to join all of the big ones since some have good offers others don't and that gives you a bigger choice :)

I mainly use cj, shareasale, linkshare, azoogle and finally my favourite, the one in my siggy :p
