Proxy, you can try adbrite, adengage or etology. I do some advertising with all three and never had a problem with them so far.
Instead of PPC programs, you can check high paying affiliate programs. Which ones do you think pay most?
As I mentioned in a post on another thread, in the past 6 years I have my favorites which are CJ (Commission Junction), Sharasale.com, Linkshare, Performics, MaxBounty, Axill, Incent-A-Click, Affiliate Fuel, and Kolimbo--in that order. I agree that affiliatefuture.co.uk is a great affiliate network for targeting UK visitors and I've found clixgalore.com is a good affiliate network for targeting Australian visitors.
Anyone got any stats on what kind of pay-outs these affiliates give on medium traffic sites or lower? - could help people in determining which one/s to go with. Just a thought.
