What affiliate should I use?

I have an online video site (tv links) with about 3000UV/day.

I'm using adsense now, but they show a lot of non-profit banners. I'm guessing my content isn't relevant enough (don't know why though).

What do you guys think I should use as affiliate company?

I'm reluctant to use CPX because I read a lot about their bad payment policy. Are there any other affiliate companies to make some money out of my visitors?

All help is welcome as this is my first site and I don't know anything on how to monitize my site.

I was more thinking about CPC or CPM affiliates.

Does anyone have some good experience with some good affiliates I could try out? Preferably video sites.

I have done well with NeverBlueAds and COPEAC for CPA programs. I hear Zango is good, but I have not had any luck.

I have done well with a variety of programs. Try Maxbounty, CJ, CPAEmpire...these are all great networks. I also have a bunch of RELIABLE networks at my site, Relative Cash.com. If you need any help or have questions, feel free to let me know! Good Luck!

By all means, give us a try. I'd suggest that you don't just throw up banners though, mix banners and text links for the best results.

If you are showing a lot of non profit Adsense ads, then why don't you use their features so that you can then use an alternative so that instead of them showing the non money making ads, they will show ads from another affiliate network/program that you choose.
