What advertising program are those sites using?

    Hey there,

    Iv'e been seing a lot of sites that look the same and i've been wondering what advertising program there using. The hole page seems to be setup with only what looks like PPC adds? Can they do this?

    They use overture (just hover your mouse over the link)...

    You push enough traffic, you can do whatever the heck you want.
