    The non-English ad that shows up here. I've only traced it to doubclick, however, that site doesn't have an advertising network and they only provide the technology to serve the ad. I notice other sites have this ad as well.

    I'm curious as to why a popular site like narutofan.com, which has over 90k uniques a day uses that ad.
