What ads network allows free hosts, gives good fillment rate, allows some legal adult sites, and have not bad CPM, and auto ads placement (not bids system like adbrite)?
AdBrite can be set to auto by using their "auto approve ads" option. Other than that, it depends on how much traffic you can generate, because many CPM ad networks require a minimum amount of pageviews, etc.
