    Here at PremiumCPM we have a division which we allocate to sites like that, and gambling sites. Again, we keep it separate from our regular publishers for a reason. If you dont know why, well its because a warez site is not exactly a site which large venders are going to want to advertise on. Check out my sig, and if you choose to sign up with a site like that, on the app make a note in the site description that its a warez site.
