I recently had an order of 10 articles relating to eBay and online marketplaces. My client said that after he recieved the first 5 articles, he would inspect the quality and make a full payment. After I sent him the first 5 articles, he told me that he could not use the content I had written, and said he wouldn't pay because it did not meet his expectations. He then said because he couldnt use the articles, he would not post them on his site or anywhere else. I recently had someone order a few articles from me pertaining to making money online, and I sent him some of the eBay articles I had written. It turns out that the guy who said he wouldn't post my articles has posted them on his website, and is also selling/distributing them. What actions can I take against this scammer.
You can check where he is hosting the site that is displaying/selling your articles and lodge a complain to the web hosting company and have his domain stopped.
It's just you proving that he doesn't have the right to post them articles and sell them, because you handed them over to him, there isn't really anything you can do. And for what they are, there isn't a lot of point pursuing this further. I would forgot about it and just be a little more careful next time.
I would pursue it, if the host wants proof, the OP can send information regarding the purchase. For such Internet copycats, we should not let them off so easily, too many scammers an copycats, what we can do is try to catch whoever we can.
