What About This Placement?

Please, tell me if the following placement breaks the AdSense rules:



There's a lot of text and external links under the fold. Privacy Policy, TOS and About pages are there as well.

What do you think how Google will treat such a page in terms of AdSense blocks placement?

 

You might want to enlarge the image a little bit. I can hardly see anything with that thumbnail.

 

Lycos, I'd rather show it as a schematic layout (you know, I'm a bit of paranoic about revealing my sites )
