What about the Facebook image upload on yoast plugin?

    To do the on page SEO, I have already used the yoast SEO plugin. In this plugin I have a chance to upload facebook image for any post. Please say something about the option. Why it's important to get traffic on my website?

    It's an option choice, you can by pass. It use in case someone (or your self) share your post on Facebook, then that image will appear on the Facebook's post.
