What about the country where PayPal is not supported?

I am from Bangladesh. In our country PayPal is not supported. But I want to get a PayPal (legit) Account. Is it possible?
Help me please if you have answer.

If you have any friend/relative in western country, take his help. He will receive/send payments for you.

 

Use Liberty Reserve. In Bangladesh , Pakistan , India , alot of people use LR.

No, in Bangladesh you can not use paypal. Paypal will start it's service in Bangladesh from the second half of this year. So till then, or contact with someone who is living in some paypal supported country. He/she can open and verify your account on behalf of you!
