    Hello people

i've read some articles talking about siloing.

but maybe they speak too much technical for me or i don't have enough knowledge to understand.

what is really the siloing technique?
how can siloing help a webmaster?

what about virtual or directory silo??

can you explain me better the siloing with lots of example about everything you consider i have to know about it

    thank you all in advance

    bye bye

In a nutshell don't link unrelated pages. There should be a theme throughout your linkbuilding. I think most websites have a pretty good structure when it comes to this anyway so unless your linking unrelated items from your top directory to your subdirectories it shouldn't be an issue but what do I know.....

Silos are directories in your site that contain content related to one theme. Some of these pages can be daisychained so they are in some type of order but this is not necessary. Just make sure all the url's under one directory are very closely themed and you've got it.
