    Do you mean using resellergo to submit your site to directories? It's a mixed bag. I do all my submission manually with some form fillers.

    for the price, it's a good deal... for the time it takes... well, you need to invest a lot of time into submission, and you may not see results for 2-3 months (same with manual submission to directories)

    When you use this kind of tools, the approval rates are generally very less. As a lot of people will use that tool the same day and directory gets bombarded with lots of link request in a single day and they consider all the links as spam and that ends up with rejection of your link.
    The best way i have got is check out DP's solicitations and announcement section daily and submit your site to those directories which are announced. I have got a lots of good links from this way and got a list of good directories which approves very fast.
