What about proxy

    I have a question. Are there any restriction when creating a proxy website ( i mean legal or anything) ? Like this http://www.webproxie.org/
    Is it true that godaddy doesn`t allow proxy websites on their host ? Why is that ?

    What do you mean restrctions?
    People make proxies all the time www.proxy.org is a major listing site

    They don't allow proxies on shared hosting, this is because of the amount of resources it uses on the server.

    If you buy a VPS or dedicated server you can do what you like.
