I´m currently running three different sites ranked: 4/10 (1 year old) 3/10 (just one month online) 2/10 (6 months online) What about yours? How do you relate pagerank vs adsense income? (besides the obvious fact of the higher the pagerank is, the more visits you 'normally' get)
While the PR is determined by the number of backlinks, earnings are dependent on many factors including the traffic, nature of traffic, SEO, ad placements, niche of your site etc.
I will say More the Pagerank means more backlinks, which means more traffic and ultimately more earnings. Am I Right?
I dont think more the traffic more the earnings...sometimes your traffic is high and also the bounce rate is high..it means you dont get targeted visitors...
To have such high pageranks after only a few months is impressive. My main site is 23 months old and still has a PR of 1.
I don't care about page rank. it does nothing with adsense income. you need good amount of organic traffic to increase your adsense income.
I have no use for pagerank. I have some porn sites that have only a PR1 but are ranked in the top 10 for very hard keywords. Only reason I can see pagerank being a factor is if your selling links to other suckers....haha I care about traffic. I have seen nothing that says the higher PR you have the more traffic you will get. I also have sites I have let go and are ranked PR5 and had a PR7 site just go down recently and they dont get any more traffic for being higher PR's I say those that care about PR are foolish...but then again maybe I am the foolish one? haha
PR is connected with earnings but not so simple as better pagerank better the earnings, it is more complex procedure. It is not only matter of getting as much as links as possible, but also quality links, niche related that give importance to your site. These links, especially above pr5 mean the difference.
