What about looksmart ?

    Hi people, how can we get inside looksmart ? is there a way to add a website directly on their website or we have to go through zeal ? Thanks :)

    Zeal is best way to submit your site in looksmart!-you can list your site permanently.. but if your site is noncommercial type .if you have commericial site than you have only option for Paid listing.
    To submit your site in Zeal you have to pass from two stages
    [1] Verify your email
    [2] Pass from a Member Quiz-the quiz is really simple and you can pass it in two three trial.the Quiz will be about listing style of looksmart

    How long is it before Looksmart add your listing after you get into Zeal? I got into Zeal last week but no sign of appearing on Looksamrt yet.

    I wouldn't be too concerned about LookSmart. I doubt you'd see any benefits from a listing there. ;)

    Looksmart used to be a great resource to get into, back when it was MSN's primary source of results (with Inktomi being the secondary.) Since MSN adopted their own engine, it's all but useless now.

    Looksmart is cluttered with ad's. You can't find what your looking for without coming face to face with at least 10 ad's per page! That's way too much.

    Right. I read many stories about looksmart that provided msn results . Msn got their own engine in 2002 if im right.

    anyway if anybody wants a good CPC Advertisement program they have to go through overture yahoo or adwords. I suggest more adwords tho :p
