My Dec result is way better than Nov, cos more effort has been put in and optimization of ads help, I think... :p

It may not be smart pricing as much as it is this shift they did on the content network stuff where you don't have to bid the same amount in Adwords for search results as you do for content. Especially if you're in a smaller niche, that could lead to a big fluctuation in prices if one or two advertisers lower their content bids or eliminate them. I've noticed on some of my sites that certain advertisers are not on my site anymore but are still on the search results. I don't think it's about running out of money at the end of the fiscal year though - the fiscal year ends for most companies on September 30th.

Depends what type of site you have.
For instance I have a furniture site, so it displays furniture ads
and December is always poor for furniture web sales due to delivery problems before and over Xmas amd.
Some items like DVD and CD themed sites will do better at this time.
My revenue has halved over the past 2 months this is partly due to the Jagger update and seasonal fluctuations as described above.

Good CPC's here and so many ads there are no site specific ones to be spotted... seems the second half of December will be best!

One of my recipe sites is doing phenomenal so far for this month..but it just *might* be due to the fact it's a xmas recipe site ;)
