What about a sitemap?

Hi there,

Is it recommendable to submit a sitemap to google, bing or yahoo? Ive never added a sitemap to these searchengines and I was wondering if this will improve my SEO.

Hi trebomedia I know that Google's web master tools allow you to submit a site map to them and for myself personally I'm not sure if it has really helped or not but it only takes a second and its a great resource to see which page's from your site Google has actually indexed and which ones it is missing.

I'm not sure if submitting a site map will help your rankings, (I assume it probably wouldn't) but it is definitely a good way to get them to find all of your pages and hopefully your ranking will improve from there, hopefully this helps you, Thanks Jason.

Yes , if you submit your sitemap on Google & Bing so that search engine indexed your all ULR on search engine and you will get good result as well.

 

Sitemap doesn't help to increase ranking of your site. Sitemap is use for indexing all urls of your website by Google.
