Search a term on google "Indian exporters".
on 3rd position there is a site coming called trade-india dot com
On 10 th position another one called trade-india dot net

Now i tried a lot to find out what differs between 2 sites but all in mess. What they have done is that they have just changed index page of the site, but navigate throgh any other pages it a complete spam.....

So what does it mean, u can go for alternate domains and put same things and it is not a spam OR there is any way by which u get unnoticed for the same.

I expect they will get found out sooner or later and both sites may be dropped.

I too use to think so. But let me tell you they are doing this since last 2-3 years and what more suprising is that 3-4 months back there both sites were running identical, even the home page wasnt different. I also notified google via their spam report page. But no action. And now they have changed their index page.

But when man? It is not that they have recently shifted to same domain, it has been running since last 2-3 years, when google hasnt penalize them during that period when even the index page of both sites were same, what about now? I donnt know but really sometime google is very confusing.

In my limited experience, I have found that Google does not automatically
penalize sites doing this simply because Google can not detect it.

Some people think Google can detect *anything*, and Google wants you
    to think that, of course.

These sites will do this until a competitor reports them. It then gets put
on a list at Google and they will get to it when they get to it. They do not
usually take action on a single report, rather they queue the action for the
next update or the update after the next, or whenever.

Eventually, they will take some action. Not because they like you, but
because these sites, (in the masses), hurt their profitability.

    Just my thoughts.

I have reported them 8 months back as well and that time even index page were identical. No action taken even after 8 months so what to expect. You can only say that even spamming is a assumption and it is not possible that in last 8 months they havent gone through my mail, so according to google this is not spam. Although i also donnt agree with this but this is a live example that even after 8 months of complaints no action taken..
