    May be there are some Terms and condition to withdraw funds. Try contacting them and ask them what exactly is the offer? May be there is some minimum withdrawal amount.

    Regards

    Oh come on it was only $2.66 :) I'm assuming you will get fees refunded within 48 hours.

    And it was not a fake e-mail. I checked that myself but as I'm not a regular user of MB, I ignored it.

    Which currency was uploaded? Maybe it is an exchange currency fee. For example: You uploaded through AMEX and you uploaded Euros.

    You must not have read your own e-mail;

    "one FREE transaction this Wednesday!"

    "This offer is valid for one upload, one send money or one withdrawal money transaction"

    "On 25/02/2009, Moneybookers will refund you the respective transaction fees!"

    So, I don't understand what you are complaining about.:confused:

    February the 18th was a Wednesday.

    I'm not sure whether the offer was for Feb 18 or Feb 25, but they'll refund your transaction fees if they have mentioned it in their newsletter.

    I also received the letter from MB about the free offer, but they offered that just for seven days. I think now its expired. You might have tried after the allowed period.
