We have been good Google partners for many many years. We are accredited Adwords specialists, and use all their products including Adsense, Analytics, Ad Manager, and many more. We have always prided ourselves on following all their guidelines and acting in a very honest manner. Now, for an unknown reason, Google have banned our Adsense account. They say it was from suspicious activity but, if it was, then it definitely wasn't from us, we would never do that. We lodged a review but it was denied, and we have not been provided any reason as to why, or what activity they saw and who from. To be treated this way after promoting them and working with them for so long, is bad business and heavy handed in the extreme. I don't know of many other businesses who treat other businesses like that. So screw you Google. There, rant over. Thanks Graeme
That's what happens when companies get too big...they make more mistakes and can afford to lose some customers here and there in the process. From what I hear you're not the only person in this situation...hopefully you can figure it out, wish I had more insight for you.
No point to complaint, they deserve the right to ban any publisher without any reason required which stated at their policy, and the publisher has to agree with that before join them. So, you can either go appeal or look or other PPC
I disagree. If you are an accredited Adwords specialists, then you most likely spend a good bit of money in AdWords, or at least your clients do. you should contact your AdWords rep and see if they can help pull a few strings to make the ban go away.
I do understand how do you feel buddy. However, most of banned reasons that Google will not likely to disclose are from traffic sources issues. I have seen many account got banned without intention to cheat on Adsense but the traffics source is hardly to identify, or being identified as "low quality". ie. buying traffics. I would recommend you send them a message with log file to prove you did not cheat on them. This may not a guarantee ways to get your account re-activated but better than done nothing anyway.
thanks for the suggestions guys. i might try contacting our adwords rep and see if they have any suggestions.
Yeah Google has their nose up in the air....Why I am not sure with the emerge of Facebook which is surely beating them in terms of visitors. Many advertisers are now leaving them to pursue different avenues and who would blame them. A lot of online companies don't realize how bad they burn bridges with people. They might be a force to reckon with now but sooner or later someone bigger and better comes along to take their spot right from under their nose.
